The A.V.I Residence is a hotel- tourist accommodation centre situated in the Capo Grosso area of Marina di Camerota in the Cilento National Park. This recently built residence, the layout of which is in the shape of a “C”, has a central garden area with a pool among the old olive groves, a large solarium with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds as well as a playground for children. There are 11 mini- apartments, (each fully furnished and independent with a kitchen ) and a communal reception room with central management. The ground floor has 5 units whereas there are 6 on the first floor, all of the same size, made up of living room – kitchen area and a terrace or portico.

Each unit has an independent entrance, a autonomous heating system ( both for water and central heating) a parking space, sat TV, kitchen with oven, fridge and washing machine and air conditioning on request at time of booking

| L’A.V.I Residence offers you the opportunity of a relaxing holiday in quiet surroundings as it is situated about 2 km from the town centre, but very close to the beaches at Capo Grosso. ( easily reachable on foot at about 600m) Calanca ( about 1 km ) and Mingardo ( about 1 km). A t the latter the residence has a convention with the lido “ I Trettre ” where clients may use the beach, private car park, bar and children’s fun park. (This beach service must be requested on booking and is subject to availability.) |
